What we collect

We use anonymous product events to understand visits, campaign source, device category, language, parsing success or failure, and whether a download was started. We do not intentionally include the media URL you paste, the title of the media, or downloaded files in analytics events.

Why we collect it

These measurements help us find broken platform connections, improve the download flow, and judge whether a campaign brings people who can successfully use the service.

Service requests

The link you submit must be sent to our processing service so it can attempt to retrieve publicly accessible media. Operational logs may retain limited technical data needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Third-party measurement

We may use privacy-oriented aggregate traffic measurement. Campaign parameters and referring domains can be recorded, but source media URLs are excluded from analytics. We do not use session replay on the downloader.

Your choices

You can clear local browser storage to reset the anonymous browser identifier. Do not submit private, sensitive, or unlawful material. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
